**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Counselling & Lead Management**

**Call & counsel** potential students from provided leads.
Provide **personalized guidance** based on student backgrounds and preferences.
Offer **career advice** tied to studying abroad.
Conduct **virtual, telephonic, or in-office counselling sessions** when required.
Build a **trusted relationship** with students, guiding them from the first call to admission.

**2. Sales & Target Achievement**

Achieve **monthly enrolment & intake targets**.
Conduct **comfort calls** to address concerns, nurture trust, and close deals.
Strong **sales and negotiation skills** to convert leads into admissions.

**3. Application & Documentation Support**

Assist students in **SOP & LOR preparation**.
Guide students in **budgeting, expenses, and financial planning** for their studies abroad.
Help students with **onboarding, university shortlisting, document submission, offer acceptance, and visa filing**.

**4. Visa & Process Support**

Provide visa support for **Germany, France, Ireland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Denmark, Greece, Poland, Dubai, and other European countries**.
Ensure smooth handling of **visa documentation & compliance**.

**5. Follow-Ups & CRM Management**

Provide **regular updates** to students and management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **1-2 years of experience in the European education domain.**
✔ Strong **oral, written, and listening skills** in **English, Telugu, and Hindi**.
✔ Ability to **work independently and take full ownership** of the student journey.
✔ Proven experience in **counselling, sales, or customer support** (preferably in EdTech or Study Abroad).
✔ **Exemplary sales and negotiation skills.**
✔ Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, Google Meet, and virtual communication platforms**.
✔ Ability to **analyze student profiles and provide instant career advice**.
✔ Should have **own laptop** to work efficiently.
