- **Outreach and Engagement**: Initiate outbound calls to NEET-qualified students who have expressed interest in studying medicine abroad. Engage with them in a friendly and informative manner to understand their aspirations and address any initial queries they may have.
- **Provide Information**: Offer detailed information about the benefits of studying MBBS abroad, including the quality of education, international exposure, career opportunities, and cost-effectiveness compared to studying in India.
- **Discuss Course Options**: Discuss the various medical universities and colleges abroad that offer MBBS programs, highlighting their reputations, accreditation, facilities, faculty expertise, and curriculum. Tailor recommendations based on students' preferences and academic profiles.
- **Address Concerns**: Listen attentively to students' concerns and doubts regarding studying abroad, such as cultural adjustments, language barriers, safety, and accommodation. Offer reassurance and practical advice to alleviate their apprehensions.
- **Adhere to Regulations**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing overseas education consultancy services, including ethical practices, transparency, and data privacy laws.
- **Track Progress**: Keep accurate records of interactions with students, including details of discussions, follow-up actions, and outcomes. Use CRM software or other tools to maintain a systematic record of student inquiries and conversions.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on developments in the field of international education, including changes in admission policies, scholarship opportunities, and trends in preferred study destinations for NEET-qualified students.

By fulfilling these responsibilities effectively, you play a crucial role in assisting NEET students in making informed decisions about pursuing their MBBS education abroad and guiding them towards fulfilling their career aspirations in the medical field.
