**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling Students**: Guide students and parents about study abroad opportunities, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.
- **Follow-up**:Maintain regular communication with leads, ensuring a smooth admission process.
- **Building Relationships**:Establish and nurture relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive personality to build trust with clients.
- **Organization**: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
