Role Overview: As a Counselor / Backend Application at a Study Abroad consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting students throughout their study abroad journey. Your main duty will be to effectively communicate with students, address their inquiries, and offer essential guidance. Fluency in English is a must for this role, as you will interact with students and accurately fill out university and visa applications. Key Responsibilities: - Handle student queries efficiently - Collect and provide necessary documents - Conduct mock interviews - Guide students through the visa application process Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of a Graduate degree - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel - Good computer knowledge - At least 1 year of experience in the study abroad field is preferred - Excellent English language skills - Based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Additional Details: The company provides annual hikes, performance-based incentives, and bonuses for achieving targets.
