**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Process Optimization**: Design, implement, and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and drive results.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and improve the CRM system to ensure accuracy and ease of use for the sales team.
- **Sales Support**: Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies and processes.
- **Forecasting & Planning**: Assist in sales forecasting and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and assess sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in a sales operations or similar role.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, proficiency with CRM systems, and a solid understanding of sales processes.
- **Tools**: Experience with sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
