Job Title: Sales Executive - Pre Sales and After Sales Service
Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at a premium furniture showroom. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, providing pre-sales and after-sales support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products to customers, using a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide pre-sales support to customers, including providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any after-sales issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including customer interactions and sales performance, and report on these to the sales manager.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role
- Experience in the furniture industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
