**Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor - Billing (Storm Water Drain Projects)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills in accordance with project progress.
- Coordinate joint measurements with site engineers and government/PMC officials.
- Ensure billing is aligned with approved BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of quantities executed on-site.
- Handle subcontractor billing and verification of their claims.
- Cross-check measurements with drawings and site records for accuracy.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for timely processing and submission.
- Ensure all billing documentation complies with government/PMC project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Any Bachelor's degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in **billing work for storm water drain or similar infrastructure projects under PMC/government contracts**.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, and government billing procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
- Excellent measurement, documentation, and coordination skills.
