**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented **Quantity Surveyor** with 2 to 4 years of experience in the construction industry. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, billing, quantity take-offs, and assisting in project cost control to ensure efficient financial and contractual management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **quantity take-offs** and **Bill of Quantities (BOQ)** from construction drawings.
- Assist in **cost estimation**, **budget planning**, and **rate analysis**.
- Generate **client bills** and **subcontractor bills** based on work progress and site reports.
- Verify actual work done and maintain **measurement books (MBs)** and supporting documents.
- Track **material usage**, **costs**, and **project expenditures**.
- Support in **procurement planning** and verification of **vendor invoices**.
- Prepare and maintain **cost reports**, **variation claims**, and **reconciliation statements**.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **construction billing**, **cost estimation**, and **contract administration**:

- Good command of **AutoCAD**, **MS Excel**, and quantity surveying tools/software
- Familiarity with **RA bills**, **BOQ formats**, and **DSR/CPWD** standards (if applicable)
- Attention to detail and good **numerical & analytical skills**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills with **site engineers**, **clients**, and vendors
