We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Designation: Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Chennai

Educational Qualification: B.E Civil

Experience: Min 15 years of experience in Highways / road infrastructure sector mandatory.

Nature of the Job:
Accurately measure quantities of materials and prepare detailed cost estimates for road construction projects.

Analyse costs of various road materials and compare them to market prices, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.

Negotiate contracts for road construction, ensuring clear terms and conditions for payment and project timelines.

Manage any changes or variations in the project scope and ensure they are accurately documented and costed.

Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and Engineers.

Preparing and agreeing on final accounts with contractors.

Job Requirements:
Should have effective communication and teamwork skills.

Should be flexible towards jobs and the requirements.
