**Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Interior Turnkey Projects**

**Job Summary**:
The Quantity Surveyor for Interior Turnkey Projects is responsible for managing the project's cost aspects, including estimating, budgeting, cost control, and procurement. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the project is financially successful and delivered within budget.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Cost Estimation**:
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior construction projects.

Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify all relevant costs.

**Budget Management**:
Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines.

Monitor and report on cost variances, proposing corrective actions when necessary.

**Procurement and Contracts**:
Coordinate the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, selecting suppliers, and negotiating contracts.

Ensure that procurement decisions align with project budgets and quality requirements.

**Cost Reporting**:
Prepare regular cost reports to inform project stakeholders about the financial status of the project.

Provide data and analysis to support project decision-making.

**Value Engineering**:
Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials or methods without compromising quality.

Collaborate with the project team to implement value engineering solutions.

**Change Order Management**:
Evaluate and process change orders, assessing their impact on project costs and schedules.

Document and communicate changes to all relevant parties.

**Risk Assessment**:
Identify potential financial risks related to the project and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and address cost-related issues that may impact project progress.

Measurement and Valuation:
Perform quantity take-offs and measurements to assess work completed by subcontractors.

Determine the valuation of completed work and materials for payment purposes.

Documentation and Records:
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all financial aspects of the project.

Organize and archive project-related documents, including invoices and payment certificates.

Compliance and Standards:
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, industry standards, and contractual requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in construction cost factors.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior turnkey projects.

Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and cost factors.

Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
