As a Management Trainee - Domestic Recruiter, you will be integral to our recruitment team, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent within the domestic market. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Identification and Sourcing**: Use various channels to find qualified IT and non-IT professionals in the domestic market.
