**Job Title**:Domestic IT Recruiter

**Experience**: 6 months to 5 years

**Location**: Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Onsite)

**Shift**: Day Shift (10am - 7pm IST)

**What you’ll do**:

- We are hiring for freshers to 5 years of Recruitment experience in IT staffing.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from Domestic clients.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Full time, Contract to hire (C2H).
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and closed
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster etc), Making job postings on the Job

Portal.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and

placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding

client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
- Interview assesses and evaluates applicants to determine their qualification and

appropriate match with client needs.

- Confident in dealing with challenging super niche skills and can professionally

reason with them to a successful outcome.

**What We're looking for**:

- Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
