**Job description**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, specifically in the domestic market.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and the current IT market landscape in India.
- Proficiency in using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and using creative sourcing techniques.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, such as software developers, system administrators, DevOps, cloud engineers, and network engineers.
- Familiarity with salary benchmarking and market conditions for IT professionals in India.

Pay: ₹15,168.13 - ₹47,753.33 per month
