**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international clients/customers within assigned regions.
- Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Promote the company’s products/services, ensuring a clear understanding by the client.
- Record all call information accurately and follow up with clients as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, especially for international markets.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work in Indian business hours while making international calls.
- Strong persuasion skills and a high degree of customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred.

**Additional Information**:

- **Working Hours**:10 AM - 7 PM IST]

Pay: ₹514.19 - ₹1,075.24 per day
