**Job Summary**
Role Objective:
To ensure smooth backend operations, real-time client communication, and structured process coordination across teams for seamless program delivery, client satisfaction, and internal alignment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Chat Executive (Client Communication)**
- Respond to client inquiries with empathy and clarity using pre-approved scripts.
- Tag and escalate queries to relevant departments (Sales, CS, Healing, Tech).
- Monitor performance of chat sequences; suggest improvements when needed.
- Update CRM or Google Sheets with chat outcomes and conversions.
**2. Admin Assistance**
- Maintain program folders, session trackers, Zoom links, and client logs.
- Assist in client onboarding: sharing welcome kits, intake forms, group links.
- Coordinate schedules for healers/coaches; update calendars as needed.
- Maintain database hygiene: organize Google Drive, tag documents, follow naming SOPs.
**3. Process Coordination**
- Follow up with internal teams (Sales, Design, Tech, CS) for task completion.
- Monitor SOP implementation across client delivery and operations.
- Maintain process dashboards, checklists, and reporting formats.
- Flag bottlenecks in execution and propose actionable solutions.
**Required Skills & Traits**
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Comfort using Canva, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Telegram
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines with calm professionalism
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
