- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall support process.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with support tools.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts if required.
