Technician Support Executive

Communicate with onground technicians via phone and whatsapp to extend necessary support as may be required
- Vigilantly provide Job Card Approvals for ongoing bookings to the technicians while taking into account the scope of work and any complaints made at the time of the booking
- Remotely perform quality check to proactively identify any potential misses that could lead to service complaints and provide for it
- Communicate with the Customers to handle ongoing service requirement or discussing about additional issues with the vehicle post physical inspection by the mechanic
- Understands and analyzes common errors/practices/issues etc of the mechanics and contribute in building their training plan

**Profile Requirements**:

- Education Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate
- Prior experience: 5-10 Years in two wheeler dealership workshop in the capacity of a Service Supervisor
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi. Good command over English and other languages like Kannada or Telugu would be an added advantage
- Has to be self driven, motivated and target oriented
- **Should have a working laptop and smartphone**

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Viman Nagar, Pune - 411014, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
