**What this job involves**:
Executing flawless technical activities
Provides direction and support to maintenance technicians within the facility (including performance management, coaching, Communicates regularly with site Facility Executive Partners with other department supervisors to ensure work is coordinated through completion.

Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required ensuring excellent coordination/execution of work within hospital environment with mínimal disruption, as needed. Works in a safe manner and ensures department employees are working safely in accordance with all applicable standards, requirements and laws ( local, regional, etc.). Implements and schedules preventative maintenance standards that are in compliance with JLL and client guidelines. Facilitate daily team huddles and proactive communication with Facility team as necessary. Responsible for managing work orders and reviews for accuracy and quality of work performed by technicians and vendors.

Providing sound leadership to boost results
Assist/support facility and system-specific cost savings targets to contribute to achieving significant savings. Ensure any deficiencies found in safety/other rounding and/or third-party vendors have been remedied and documented. Coordinates the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of HVAC, water, electric, and other systems to ensure efficient operation. Maintains a critical parts inventory, monitors throughout the year and provides annual inventory list before deadline. Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts,Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the FM team. Effective management of the team
