Traditional automation requires bespoke integration per workflow—slow to deploy, rigid to evolve. We built a composable stack where perception, autonomy, manipulation and orchestration cooperate natively. Guided by field feedback across regulated, high‑mix and throughput‑critical domains, we iterate on production reality—not lab abstractions—building durable leverage for customers. Our mission is to deliver a unified robotics platform that can be rapidly configured to execute diverse workflows—reducing time‑to‑value, elevating safety, and embedding continuous improvement loops into daily operations. Role Summary As a Mechanical Technician – Field Operations, you will handle assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of robotic systems at customer sites. You’ll ensure smooth field deployments, resolve on-site issues, and collaborate with engineering teams for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble, install, and maintain robotic systems and sub assemblies. • Conduct testing, calibration, and troubleshooting at customer sites. • Collaborate with engineering teams during field integration. • Maintain accurate service and maintenance documentation. • Support preventive maintenance and improvement activities. Must-Have Skills: • Solid understanding of mechanical assembly and alignment. • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use common tools. • Hands-on experience with basic troubleshooting and maintenance. • Familiarity with pneumatic or mechanical motion systems. • Flexibility to travel for field deployments. Good-to-Have Skills: • Exposure to robotics or industrial automation. • Knowledge of electrical basics or sensor integration. • Experience using measurement and testing instruments. • Understanding of maintenance and service processes.
