As a Marketing Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives to promote our IT-enabled services and generate leads. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and tools to support their efforts.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Managing and optimizing our online presence, including the company website and social media profiles.
- Analyzing campaign performance and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth.
- Assisting in the organization of events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our services and engage with prospects.
- Salary : Negotiable
- Monitoring and staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the IT or ITES or technology industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,069.37 - ₹32,366.45 per month
