**Job Title**: Restaurant Captain

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service operations.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Take orders, assist in food and beverage service, and handle customer queries.
- Train and guide restaurant staff on service standards.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant ambiance.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and ensure smooth service operations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
