**Job Purpose**:The Electrical Maintenance Specialist oversees training, onboard support, troubleshooting, stock management, and implementation of procedures for electrical maintenance across the fleet.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Guide the ship staff in troubleshooting remotely and engage with vendors / technicians as required.
- Sail onboard the fleet vessels to carry out training, periodic maintenance and attend to electrical issues.
- Monitor stock of critical electrical spares onboard.
- Assist FTM in implementation of new procedures / practices fleetwide related to electrical maintenance.
- Monitor reports from vessel regarding electrical maintenance.
- Conduct training sessions in Mumbai office for ship staff from time to time.
- Review and update electrical maintenance jobs in the PMS.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of vessel’s machinery, propulsions systems, alarm systems, etc.
- Experience in working with a multinational crew will be an added advantage.
- Experience in working abroad / multi-national organization will be an added advantage.
- Have excellent communication skills. - All nationalities are welcome to apply.

**Preferred Experience Requirements**:Minimum 5 years of Experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
