**Job Opening: Back Office Sales Support Executive**:
Unimaple Modutech Pvt. Ltd., a leading modular furniture manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented **Back Office Sales Support Executive** to assist the sales team in managing inquiries, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales process. Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, and providing necessary support.

**Back Office Sales Support Executive(Fresher)**:

- Prepare and send quotations, Proforma invoices, and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between the sales team, design department, and production team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and share detailed terms and conditions with clients to avoid future discrepancies.
- Manage and organize back-office tasks to support the efficiency of the sales team.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in, Commerce, Business Administration or related fields.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
