**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative activities.
- Maintain attendance records and update student databases regularly.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Organize and manage class schedules, batch allotments, and faculty timetables.
- Coordinate with faculty members and ensure timely communication about schedules and updates.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Assist in preparing reports and managing student documentation.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing student and parent queries with professionalism.
- Support students in navigating the enrollment process and resolve any issues efficiently.
- **Office Management**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises.
- **Marketing and Outreach Support**:

- Support event coordination, such as seminars and open house sessions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION SECTOR IS MUST**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic internet skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Prior experience in office administration or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
