**Job Summary**:

- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of [insert name or title].
- **Task Management**:
- Prioritize and manage various tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Research and gather information as needed for projects and meetings.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Arrange logistics, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.
- **Personal Assistance**:
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
