**Position**: Sales Closer
**Location**: Home Based
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand clients' fitness goals and create tailored fitness and nutrition plans to meet their needs.
- Close sales by guiding potential clients through the value of our gym memberships, programs, and services.
- Communicate effectively in **English** and **Hindi** (Punjabi is a bonus) to build trust and connect with our diverse clientele.
- Handle objections professionally and provide solutions to potential clients’ concerns.
- Follow up with leads and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, promotions, and membership options.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of fitness, including workout plans and nutrition.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills in **English** and **Hindi** (Punjabi preferred).
- Ability to build relationships and connect with clients on a personal level.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or the fitness industry is a plus but not mandatory.
