**CYC Events**:
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:
- Ensure all logistics and operations for events (e.g., conferences, weddings, corporate events) are well-coordinated.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure they are met.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the venue for the timely delivery of services and materials.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and event expectations.
- **Team Management**:
- Manage the event crew (e.g., staff, volunteers) and assign roles during events.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and manage temporary staff, if necessary.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**:
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain good relationships with third-party vendors (caterers, decorators, security services, etc.).
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Provide regular updates to clients on event progress.
- Handle client queries and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after the event.
- **Budget and Cost Management**:
- Track expenses and ensure the event stays within the allocated budget.
- Make sure that all resources (materials, equipment) are utilized efficiently.
- **Risk Management and Safety**:
- Conduct risk assessments for events to ensure safety protocols are in place.
- Ensure that all legal, insurance, and safety requirements are followed.
- **Post-Event Analysis**:
- Collect feedback from clients and attendees to measure success.
- Analyze event performance to improve future events.
**Zest Rover Holidays**:
- **Trip Coordination and Management**:
- Oversee the planning and execution of travel itineraries for customers.
- Ensure timely bookings of flights, accommodation, transfers, and other travel services.
- Ensure that all travel documents (e.g., visas, passports) are in order and provide support to customers if needed.
- **Customer Service**:
- Act as the point of contact for customers throughout their journey, providing timely updates and assistance.
- Handle any travel-related complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**:
- Coordinate with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, local transport, tour guides) to ensure availability and competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with these suppliers to secure the best deals and services for customers.
- **Team Management**:
- Supervise travel agents or support staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure that all team members understand their roles in delivering excellent service to customers.
- **Booking and Reservation Management**:
- Ensure the timely and accurate booking of all travel-related services.
- Monitor travel reservations, making necessary adjustments in case of changes or cancellations.
- **Budget and Cost Control**:
- Monitor and control costs associated with travel packages.
- Work to offer competitive pricing while ensuring profitability for the company.
- **Travel Documentation and Legal Compliance**:
- Ensure that all travelers have the necessary documentation (visas, insurance) and comply with any legal requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, including government policies on travel restrictions.
- **Marketing and Sales Support**:
- Assist the marketing team by offering insights into trends in customer preferences or popular destinations.
- Provide necessary details to support the sales team in creating tailored travel packages.
- **Post-Travel Support**:
- Gather feedback from customers after their trips and resolve any issues.
- Conduct post-travel analysis to identify areas for improvement.
