This role is essential for delivering personalized travel solutions to our clients and ensuring smooth travel operations.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize complex travel itineraries for both corporate and leisure clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, accommodation, and transportation.
- Handle travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours, ensuring the best value and options for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and rates for the best possible deals.
- Manage travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality services.
- Handle travel issues and emergencies, offering solutions to ensure mínimal disruption for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
- Work closely with the Events and Hospitality teams to provide travel support for group events, conferences, and tours.
- Train and mentor junior travel consultants within the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service at every step, providing personalized attention and timely follow-up with clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Excellent understanding of international travel, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Experience in handling both corporate and leisure travel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills, especially in handling travel disruptions or emergencies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with travel management software.
- Experience in event-related travel coordination.
- Strong networking skills with travel suppliers and vendors.
