Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver comprehensive English lessons that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives, catering to the diverse learning needs and interests of students.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to explore literary texts, analyze language, and express their ideas and perspectives through writing and discussion.
- Teach a range of English language skills, including reading comprehension, writing proficiency, grammar, vocabulary development, and oral communication.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources into English instruction, leveraging educational software, digital tools, and online resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Select and adapt instructional materials, literary texts, and supplementary resources to meet the academic interests and cultural backgrounds of students.
- Facilitate meaningful discussions and collaborative activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and active engagement with literature and language.
- Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve academic success.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students who require additional assistance or enrichment opportunities, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress, share instructional strategies, and collaborate on student support initiatives.
- Participate in professional development activities, curriculum development projects, and faculty meetings to stay current with best practices in English education and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the English program.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in English Literature, English Language Teaching, Education, or related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure in English/language arts (if applicable).
- Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level (middle or high school), with a minimum of [insert years] years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of English literature, language arts, and literary theory, with a passion for sharing literature and language with students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in meaningful learning experiences.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
