**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver structured, engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach fundamental language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, creative and analytical writing, and speaking.
- Incorporate various teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles, such as discussions, storytelling, multimedia, role-playing, and group work.
- **Classroom and Behavior Management**:

- Foster a supportive and respectful classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and ask questions.
- Set clear expectations for classroom behavior, and implement strategies to ensure a disciplined and organized atmosphere.
- Promote positive interactions, teamwork, and respect for diverse perspectives among students.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Create and administer assessments, quizzes, assignments, and exams to evaluate students' understanding and skills.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on students' work to support their language development.
- Record and report on student progress, identifying areas for improvement and communicating with parents and administration when necessary.
- **Student Engagement and Language Enrichment**:

- Cultivate a love for reading and language through exposure to a variety of literature, genres, and authors.
- Encourage literary analysis, critical thinking, and personal expression through activities such as debates, book discussions, and creative writing.
- Motivate students to engage in English-related extracurriculars like literary clubs, theater, and writing competitions.
- **Individualized Support and Guidance**:

- Identify students’ learning needs and provide additional support to those requiring help with language skills.
- Encourage students to build confidence in English by offering mentorship, guidance, and support in their language learning journey.
- Address language challenges and provide strategies to support students with different learning capabilities.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lessons, share teaching resources, and ensure consistency across grade levels.
- Engage with parents, participate in school events, and attend parent-teacher meetings to foster a strong school community.
