Job Title: Part-Time Office-Based English Teacher

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Office-Based English Teacher to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students in an office-based setting. This position requires a commitment of four hours per day, providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for learners of various proficiency levels.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct English language classes for students in an office-based setting.

2. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the learning objectives.

3. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on their language development.

5. Monitor and record attendance, grades, and other relevant student information accurately.

6. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students.

7. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles and needs.

8. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect among students.

9. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques into the classroom.

10. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

2. Previous experience teaching English as a second language to diverse student populations.

3. Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.

4. Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and methodologies for language acquisition.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage students and build positive relationships.

6. Ability to create and deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles.

7. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.

8. Organizational skills to manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks efficiently.

9. Proficiency in using technology and educational software for instructional purposes.

10. Valid teaching certification, such as TEFL or TESOL, is preferred.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring four hours of work per day. The specific working hours will be determined in consultation with the employer.
