Pgt Chemistry Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the syllabus (CBSE, ICSE, or relevant board).
- Teach fundamental and advanced concepts of Chemistry including organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to complement theoretical knowledge and ensure hands-on learning.
- **Student Development**:

- Prepare students for internal and external exams, including board exams and competitive exams like JEE/NEET.
- Identify and support students' individual learning needs, ensuring progress for all students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design assessments such as quizzes, tests, and lab reports to evaluate student performance and understanding of key concepts.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and guide students on areas for improvement.
- Prepare students for final examinations through mock exams, review sessions, and thorough exam preparation strategies.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for chemistry.
- Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed during lab sessions.
- Implement classroom discipline and establish rules that promote learning and respect.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with other Science teachers and the Chemistry department to ensure a cohesive curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Chemistry and teaching methodologies by attending workshops, seminars, and professional development programs.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
