
Documentation Clerk

Ensure all required documents, such as resumes, identification, academic certificates, and professional qualifications, are gathered.
- Check and verify the authenticity and completeness of the documents submitted.
- Ensure that the documents comply with local laws and company policies
- Organize and maintain proper documentation filing systems (both physical and digital) for ease of access and reference.
- Ensure data accuracy and regularly update records
- Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to ensure that all necessary documentation is received for job processing.
- Support the recruitment team during interviews or when needed to facilitate the hiring process
Archive completed documentation after the recruitment process is finalized or as per retention policies.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience in documentation, filing, or clerical work, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
- Excellent organizational and data management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and document requirements in the GCC is an advantage.
