- Monitor and track incoming payments.
- Process and reconcile customer accounts.
- Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding balances.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.
- Generate financial reports related to billing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
