CourseVita, a leading ed-tech company, is looking for a dedicated **Academic Counselor** to support prospective and enrolled students. This role focuses on guiding learners through their educational journey by addressing career aspirations, academic concerns, and course-related questions, helping them make well-informed choices that align with their goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming inquiries from prospective students, providing comprehensive information on CourseVita’s programs and guiding them on available learning paths.
- Engage with students to understand their career aspirations, address academic concerns, and recommend courses that align with their goals and educational needs.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, answering questions and assisting them in making informed decisions on suitable programs.
- Act as a point of contact for enrolled students, helping them navigate course material, stay motivated, and address any academic challenges to ensure successful course completion.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and progress throughout their courses.
- Accurately document student interactions, updates, and case notes within the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Work closely with academic and marketing teams to improve the student counseling process, contribute insights on student needs, and help enhance program offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or student support within an ed-tech or educational institution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong empathy-driven, student-first approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple student cases effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other digital communication tools.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
