**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students regarding course selection, career options, and educational pathways.
- Provide detailed information about training programs, curriculum, admission process, and fee structure.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM systems.
- Achieve enrollment targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities, seminars, and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and academic advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Business, or related fields preferred).
- **2-3 years of experience** in counseling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries professionally and convert them into enrollments.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
