**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the bakery kitchen, including recipe development, production, and quality control.
- Lead and mentor a team of bakers and pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.
- Create innovative and visually appealing baked goods and desserts while maintaining a focus on taste and quality.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, promotions, and special offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Train staff on proper baking techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in a professional bakery environment.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment, with a focus on breads and desserts.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and a passion for developing new recipes and concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification from a culinary program or equivalent experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
