**About the Role**:
Oven Fresh Treats is looking for a passionate and experienced **Bakery Chef** with a deep understanding of the biscuit and cookies segment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing brand that aims to deliver high-quality bakery products across India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and monitor daily biscuit and cookie production at our factory.
- Ensure adherence to standard recipes, processes, and hygiene protocols.
- Develop and experiment with new and unique recipes, flavor profiles, and techniques.
- Train production staff in proper baking methods and quality assurance standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on ingredients, doughs, batches, and final output.
- Maintain consistency in texture, shape, taste, and packaging quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and suggest improvements in processes or recipes.
- Collaborate with founders and production team to create seasonal and market-driven innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bakery production, preferably with biscuits and cookies.
- Strong knowledge of commercial baking operations and industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to develop and document unique biscuit/cookie recipes.
- Ability to supervise factory-level production with a hands-on approach.
- Must be able to commute regularly to our factory location in **Rama Vihar, Rohini (Delhi)**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Bakery Arts, Culinary Science, Food Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a commercial bakery, biscuit manufacturing unit, or R&D in bakery brands.

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Working Hours**: 6 Days a Week
**Location**: On-Site (Rama Vihar, Rohini Sector 24, Delhi)
**Salary**: Based on experience and expertise
