Job Responsibilities

2) Visit customer’s place of business / employment and conduct personal discussion and assess the Employment/ business model and overall credit worthiness of the customer.

3) Evaluate the Field Credit Investigation (FCI), Technical Appraisal Report (TAR), Legal Appraisal Report (LAR), prepare the Credit appraisal report and recommend files for approval.

4) Co-ordinate with the customers/channels for the pending documents collection as well as query resolution

5) Efficiently manage the Under-process files and ensure adherence to TAT

6) Follow up on self souced cases where there are slippages in terms of Cheque bounces or 30-60 DPD

Good communication skills and command over Hindi / language and English

The above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, analytical skills, convincing skills, process orientation, time management and a strong determination to achieve results

Basic knowledge of computer required

Ability to multi-task and manage overall operations

Mandatory:
Ability to relate and communicate well with local residents, particularly those belonging to the lower income levels
