Customer Service Executive is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all Snapmint customers.
**Responsibilities**
- This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.
- Associates communicate customers primarily through mail/call/chat and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Good comprehension skills and ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
- Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Flexible with the working schedule, may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events.
- They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
- Graduation and above.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Age should be a maximum of 27.

Work from the office and 6 days working (roster off).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week
**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
