- 1. CBDC:

- Execution of Strategic Plans and co-ordination for successful implementation. Co-ordination required with all stakeholders - Product, BDTS, Support, MA, RB, etc.
- Preparation of decks with support from multiple stakeholders.
- Data check and validation - Employee base, CASA Base, daily reports and MIS covering MIS from Product, BDTS and other support functions, plus internal MIS preparation.
- Reaching out to external vendors/3rd party players for project and program objectives. Obtaining and analysing strengths and contribution to program.
- Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders for successful deliverance of key actionables.
- Analysing and working with large sets of data and providing to Sr. management brief synopsis of the same.
- Micro-management of campaigns, covering design completion, commencing campaign, measuring the outcome and continual monitoring, along with all stakeholders.
- Training, execution and coordinating, measuring output with call centers.
