Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They will collaborate closely with the project management team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship. The Site Supervisor will also enforce safety protocols, manage personnel, and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities on the construction site, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to project plans.

Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or violations promptly.

Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing any deviations or delays to keep projects on track.

Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to ensure they arrive on schedule and meet project requirements.

Provide leadership and direction to site personnel, including assigning tasks, providing training, and resolving conflicts as needed.

Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Communicate effectively with the project management team, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and any potential risks or changes to the project scope.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, materials, equipment usage, and site conditions.

Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery to prolong their lifespan and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to address any concerns or modifications to project plans.

**Qualifications**:
B. Tech (Civil)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage personnel and resolve conflicts.

Proven experience in construction supervision or a related field.

Familiarity with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) preferred.

Ability to read and interpret different maps, blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
