**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Delhi NCR

**Company**: Shamway Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Experience**: 2 to 5 years

**Job Location**: Delhi NCR Region

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Procurement of materials required at the site
- Maintaining day to day work at the site
- Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Resolve site issues and conflicts efficiently and effectively.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment.
- Implement and enforce site safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Faridabad/Haryana is a plus.
