We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate renovation projects and oversee the day-to-day operations on-site.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements.
- Monitor progress and performance on-site, making adjustments as needed to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the renovation process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials, and equipment usage.

**Working Conditions**:

- The Renovation Site Supervisor will primarily work on-site at renovation projects, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines and client needs.
