Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

2. Patient Care: Ensure high-quality patient care, monitoring patient satisfaction, and addressing concerns.

3. Staff Development: Support staff development, training, and mentorship.

4. Policy Implementation: Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and standards of care.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

6. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Diploma in Nursing or a related field; degree preferred.

2. Experience: Experience in nursing leadership or management.

3. Registration: Registered Nurse with relevant licensure.

4. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

1. Leadership Training: Leadership training or certifications (e.g., leadership development programs).

2. Experience in Quality Improvement: Experience in quality improvement initiatives.

3. Specialized Certifications: Specialized certifications in nursing leadership or management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
