Clinical and patient care
- Oversee and manage all nursing care for patients in their department or ward during a shift.
- Delegate tasks to the nursing staff, including nurses, aides, and other support staff.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes or emergencies.
- Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Ensure adherence to patient care protocols and hospital procedures.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns.

Staff and administrative support
- Supervise and guide nursing staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Create and evaluate staffing plans and schedules.
- Act as a liaison between the nursing staff and physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and laws.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Check on the availability of necessary supplies and medications.

Leadership and improvement
- Lead the nursing unit, inspiring staff and communicating the vision for excellence.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Contribute to policy development and implement improvements for patient care quality.
- Provide guidance, counseling, and performance feedback to staff.
- Address disciplinary issues and maintain discipline among the staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
