To provide and supervise premium nursing care services in the Private/Deluxe Ward, ensuring patient satisfaction, comfort, and safety, while upholding the highest standards of clinical quality and personalized service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Patient-Centric Care**:

- Ensure compassionate, attentive, and VIP-level nursing care for all patients in private/deluxe rooms.
- Monitor and manage patients’ vital signs, medication schedules, hygiene, and mobility.
- Coordinate personalized services such as dietary needs, visiting schedules, and comfort requests.

**2. Staff Supervision & Shift Management**:

- Allocate duties, monitor performance, and supervise the team of staff nurses, GNMs, and housekeeping personnel in the private ward.
- Prepare and manage the duty roster and ensure adequate nursing coverage round the clock.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance for junior staff.

**3. Hospitality & Service Excellence**:

- Ensure a clean, quiet, and patient-friendly environment is maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with front desk, catering, and housekeeping teams for patient satisfaction and luxury service standards.
- Address and resolve patient/family complaints or concerns in a courteous and timely manner.

**4. Clinical & Administrative Oversight**:

- Maintain accurate and complete nursing records, patient charts, and discharge summaries.
- Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and NABH standards.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure all rooms are functioning optimally and patients are attended to.

**5. Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with treating consultants, diagnostic teams, and support services for efficient patient care delivery.
- Ensure smooth patient handovers between shifts and departments.
- Facilitate timely admission, transfer, and discharge procedures with proper documentation.

**5. Emergency & Critical Situations**:

- Handle patient emergencies efficiently and guide the team during crisis situations.

Ensure preparedness for resuscitation and code blue situations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
