
Office Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and generate invoices and bills for clients.
- Manage and fulfill online orders from portals or systems.
- Record and update daily work and transactions in company software - Tally Prime
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch & other department for order processing and delivery status.
- Follow up with customers and vendors regarding payments and order updates.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer communications.
- Assist in basic accounting, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Be available to travel locally as per work requirements.
- Generate reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activities as needed.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate (Commerce or relevant stream preferred).
- 6m-3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or order processing (pharma or FMCG industry preferred).
- Good working knowledge of billing software, Tally Prime, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English,Hindi,Marathi.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for office-related tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with pharmaceutical billing systems and inventory management software.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoice formats, and dispatch processes.
