
Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and organize office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain office records and ensure they are up to date.
- **Communication**:
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- **Scheduling**:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain calendars for staff members and conference rooms.
- **Financial Tasks**:
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Assist with payroll and vendor payments as needed.
- **Office Maintenance**:
- Ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- **Support Team Projects**:
- Assist in various projects and initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: diploma or degree; additional qualifications in office administration or relevant field are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an office environment is preferred (1-2 years).freshers also welcome.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Work Environment**:
- Office-based position with standard working hours.
- Collaborative atmosphere with opportunities for growth.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
