
Office Assistant

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry**: Assist with data entry tasks, including inputting information into databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems accurately and efficiently.
- **Filing and Document Management**: Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Office Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including ordering supplies, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a clean and orderly workspace.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, including arranging meeting rooms, preparing materials, and coordinating refreshments.
- **Mail Handling**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, prepare outgoing mail and shipments, and assist with courier services as required.
- **Assistance to Departments**: Provide support to various departments as needed, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks to facilitate efficient operations.
- **Assist in Special Projects**: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, including research, data collection, and other tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Prior experience in an office environment or administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace & MS office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
